 Class Descriptions:

Fun and Fit

This is a shallow water class designed to develop and maintain general components of physical fitness. Benefits of this class include flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, balance and cardio-respiratory. You will work hard at your fitness level, but it will be fun.

 Deep Water

Incorporates muscular strengthening, aerobic conditioning and abdominal strengthening exercises in a totally non-impact environment.  In it you will use floatation equipment for buoyancy and water resistance.  Floatation equipment frees the body to concentrate on body alignment, specific movement and aerobic enhancement.  Participants should be comfortable in deep water.

 Aqua Fit

Aqua Fit will improve strength and cardiovascular endurance without the impact on your joints. Water provides resistance to tone, strengthen and define the muscles and the large movements of the legs and arms provide the aerobic workout to burn fat and strengthen the cardiovascular system.
