Attack Challenge

Challenge yourself and go through what the instructors go through in Body Attack training! An interval training class that will whip your heart and muscles into shape! Five stations of upper body and lower body plyometric exercises that are used in the Body Attack class. Go through all five stations one time, the instructor leads you through Track 4 of Body Attack, go through the five stations again, and end with Track 9 from Body Attack! After doing this class consistently just once a week, the Body Attack class will seem like less of a challenge!
