BODYCOMBAT is an amazing cardio workout that is inspired by martial arts and draws from different techniques such as Karate, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi, and Muay Thai.

 

BODYSTEP is a simple, athletic, fun and energizing workout using an adjustable step and powerful music.  Powerful cardio blocks are used to burn fat and increase your cardio fitness and coordination.  You will also experience toning for your entire body.

 

BODYPUMP is known as the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat.  It is a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for anyone or any fitness level.  It is a perfect way to add strenght training into your workout!

 

BODYATTACK is a sports inspired interval workout that has many options to cater to all fitness leves.  You experience high-energy sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness, along with upper and lower body conditioning exercises for building strength.

 

RPM is a 50 minute indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding where you workout to awesome music over 20-25 km of different terrain.  You contral the intensity of your workout with the resistance dial and pedal speed.

 
BODYFLOW is a combination of Yoga, Tai-Chi and Pilates that lengthens you, stretches you and calms you.  If you would like to work on your balance and overall strength of your whole body, this class is right for you.  
Body Vive is a low-impact workout that allows you to choose how hard you work! You will use small exercise balls and resistance tubes for balance and strength, as well as low-impact and easy to follow aerobic moves to get your heart pumping. Excellent for those that are new to Group Fitnes
Featuring simple but seriously hot dance moves, SH’BAM™ is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star – even if youre dance challenged. Set to a soundtrack of chart-topping popular hits, dance music that is heard in the hottest nightclubs around the world, familiar classics remixed and modernized Latin beats, SH’BAM™ is the ultimate fun and sociable way to exercise. Each 45-minute SH’BAM™ class is vibrant, unique and varied – and like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new SH’BAM™ release is produced every three months with new music and choreography.
