Press Release Five Points Washington Center is pleased to announce that several local home builders have stepped forward to announce they will be offering every family purchasing a new construction home in Washington between October 1, 2007 and December 31, 2008 a one-year annual, family pass to Five Points Washington. The membership will include both fitness and aquatic areas. The following local builders are participating: Gallery Homes, Heinold Construction, John Roberts Const., Key Construction, Marc Wells Properties, Scott Underwood Homes, Select Homes, and Washington Builders. Scott Underwood of Scott Underwood Homes commented during the announcement, “Five Points Washington is a wonderful addition to our community. We thought this would be an excellent way to not only inform those moving to and within our community about the facility but also to give them an opportunity to quickly meet others who live and work here. The 133,000 square foot facility includes the Washington District Library, the 1000+ seat Caterpillar Performing Arts Center, a 500 seat banquet facility, full service fitness/aerobic center, two IHSA-regulation size gyms with elevated indoor walking track ,and an indoor aquatic center consisting of a family leisure pool, therapeutic lap pool, and 8-lane competition pool.
