BODY ATTACK:
A simple, high-intensity group exercise class that has many options
to cater to all fitness levels. You will experience high-energy sports
training moves for cardiovascular fitness, along with upper and lower
body conditioning exercises for building strength. |
|
BODY JAM: It is the
cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance! |
|
BODY STEP:
A simple, athletic, and fun workout using an adjustable step and
powerful music. You will experience toning for your lower body,
increased cardio fitness and coordination, and upper and lower body
conditioning. |
|
BODY PUMP:
Known as the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat, it is a
toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about anyone
or any fitness level. It is perfect if you want to add strength into
your aerobic workout. |
|
RPM:
This is a 50 minute cycling class based on outdoor riding. You
workout to awesome music over 20-25 km of different terrain, and control
the intensity of your workout with the resistance dial and pedal speed. |
|
BODY VIVE:
A low-impact group fitness workout that allows you to choose how
hard you work! You will use small balls and resistance tubes for
balance and strengthening, as well as low impact and easy to follow
aerobic moves to get your heart pumping! This workout is for
ANYBODY!!! |

PIYO:
A blend of Pilates and Yoga that includes modifications for the
group exercise environment, but also offers exercise progressions to
challenge all levels of participants. |
|
LIGHT –N- LOW:
Geared towards the 50 and up age group, but anyone is welcome!
During this hour long class, enjoy a light warm up, followed by low
intensity and low impact exercises for your heart, as well as exercises
to strengthen and condition the muscles. Stay fit for life! |
|
TAI CHI:
A set of smooth, flowing exercises used to improve or maintain
health, create relaxation, and keep the qi (pronounced chee, meaning
energy) flowing. |
|
POWER ABS:
A 20 minute class working the core! Consists of various abdominal
exercises as well as some exercises for the lower back. |
|
ZUMBA:Various
musical rhythms and enticing moves are used to create a workout that is
fun and easy to do! Routines are made up of interval training sessions
in which fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to
tone and sculpt your body while burning fat! |
