½ gal. of ice cream
Drink (fruit punch)
Cups, napkins, plates, utensils, coverings & candles
Streamers, helium balloons (to decorate the tables)
Birthday shirt for the birthday child
Up to 20 guests ($5.00 for each additional guest – max. of 30)
Birthday party attendant to set up and assist in the running of your
party as well as providing clean-up
$140 for members
$150 for non-members
