In an effort to increase the availability of exceptional performing arts in Central Illinois, Five Points Washington is seeking to raise funds for essential equipment and updates for The Caterpillar Performing Arts Theater at Five Points Washington.

Located at 25130 Schuck Road in Washington, Pine Lakes is an 18 hole public golf course. The course has three sets of tees to challenge all skill levels along with generous tree lined fairways with well placed bunkers and water hazards. The 10th hole maybe one of the most difficult Par 4 holes in Central Illinois. After your round grab a beverage and enjoy the beautiful view on the deck overlooking the 18th hole.

Payments, Donations and Sponsorship Opportunities

Participants and sponsors are welcome to pay by check or credit card the day of the event. Alternatively, payments for participation, sponsorship and donation can all be made online with a credit/debit card. Clicking the link below takes you to the payment portal page. Please note:

  • If you are participating in the golf event and have Pine Lakes members in your foursome, please calculate and submit payment for your foursome using the selections for Golf – Pine Lakes Pass Holder ($125) and Golf Individual ($150).
  • Monetary donations can be made in increments of $10 using the Donation Gift selection on the payment page; simply select the quantity that, when multiplied by $10, equals the desired amount of your donation (for example, to donate $500, choose a quantity of 50 $10 donations; 50 x $10 = $500).
  • Payment/donation selections on the payment portal page include:
    • GOLF FOURSOME • $600
      • 18 holes of golf for four players includes lunch, swag bag, two drink tickets per player and dinner catered by Bernardi’s
    • HOLE SPONSOR • $150
      • Includes business name recognition on sign at tee box and recognition at banquet.
    • FIVE STAR SPONSOR • $1,000
      • Includes entry fee for a foursome in the outing, recognition or company logo on signs and banner at check-in and meal tables at banquet, plus recognition in event program and golf carts.
    • GOLF – PINE LAKES PASS HOLDER • $125
      • Registration fee for Pine Lakes Pass holders only. Includes 18 holes of golf, plus lunch, swag bag, two drink tickets on course and dinner.
    • DONATION • Must be made in $10 increments
      • Five Points Washington is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit entity; your donation is greatly appreciated and may qualify as a charitable deduction for federal income tax purposes. Consult with your accountant/tax professional for more information.
    • MAJOR SPONSOR • $500
      • Includes business name recognition on signs and banner at check-in and meal tables at banquet and in each golf cart.
    • DINNER SPONSOR • $2,000
      • Includes entry fee for a foursome in the outing, recognition of company during dinner and in event program.
    • GOLF INDIVIDUAL • $150
      • Round of 18 holes for one person includes lunch, swag bag, two drink tickets on the course and dinner catered by Bernardi’s
    • BEVERAGE CART SPONSOR • $1,500
      • Includes entry fee for a foursome in the outing, recognition of company or company logo on beverage carts and in event program.
  • Multiple items can be purchased/sponsored in a single transaction on the payment portal page. Simply choose all items in the desired quantities prior to paying.
