The Five Points Banquet Center rental fee includes the following:
- Room setup and teardown
- One event attendant
- Standard sound system with microphone
- Heating/cooling and basic lighting
- Tables and chairs

- Linens and table skirting
- Overhead projector

Meetings and Parties
Five Points Washington is the perfect place for your meetings and gatherings. We can accommodate groups of any size and purpose. Decorate your room yourself or have a professional assist you. All setup and teardown included with all banquet rentals. Cloth linens and napkins available to rent from Five Points Washington.

Whether you need breakout sessions in a smaller room or a large open venue, Five Points has the space you need. We also can accomodate 1,000 guests in our Caterpillar Performing Arts Theater. Great venue for larger presentations in the theater with breakout space or mingling in our banquet rooms across the hall.

$65/hour with 2 hours minimum
Includes tables & chairs for up to 50 people
Set up and tear down
Package A: $345 includes: bar, linens, ½ sheet cake and 2-hr rental
Package B: $245 includes: linens, ½ sheet cake and 2-hr rental
Package C: $175 includes: ½ sheet cake and 2-hr rental
*$50 for each additional hour
