Senior Fitness & Special Programs

Five Points Washington’s mission is to provide programs and services for all ages and fitness levels.  We want everyone to enjoy staying fit and finding a healthy lifestyle that fits your needs. Exercise is a proven to help you remain happy and feeling great!  Five Points will continue to offer special programs such as painting classes and book club in conjunction with our library and more that will help keep you social, find new enjoyable hobbies and keep the mind engaged!

FIT LIFE FOR SENIORS: An exercise chair class.  Workout with the support of sitting in a chair or holding onto a chair while working with light weights.
